Unfortunately all you can do try resubmitting the refund request or reply to the email you received denying the refund to talk to the refund specialists, but since it is out of the 14 day return policy, there really isn't anything else to do.

I understand they actually are for different platforms and feel like an absolute fool for going full dyslexic on the "for Windows 10" part but I feel like this would be a more conditional refund and I have a widely confident feeling that this was under-looked
by the associates who helped me upon getting this far.

I really just don't understand how this is still on the market when one can LITERALLY purchase Minecraft Master Collection and play the Windows 10 edition?? My friend and I were even in a realm with players who were on console.

The Minecraft Master Collection:

"Survive online with friends on console, mobile, and Windows 10, or share the adventure at home in split-screen multiplayer."

I don't know what to try at this point, unfortunate.

All I wanted to do was turn around thinking I indeed could move this party to the big screen.

Hello! If you go to compare editions, you get more loot ( in game items) with the master and some unique items you cant with others. I am so sorry!

Sorry for the extra complaining here but I can't help but find it astronomically annoying to think that people have been buying the same Minecraft Master Collection and playing on either their console or PC, but people who spend the same
amount of money can only play on Windows 10.

Either version will only work on the One or on the PC. Neither will work on both. Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title.
