being ignored by customer support from publisher of armored warfare

since launch of armored warfare it has been plagued with stability issues. seeing it is a new game normally it wouldn't bug me and i would make due untill it was fixed.

unfortunately in this case i spent a large amount of money on this game to receive boosters and research points. i noticed due to the games stability i was loosing 1/4 to half the time of these timed boosters but it was when i lost over 225k in research
points (which is a VERY Large amount) because of a disconnect i went to the games website and filed a ticket with there customer support. had i not spent actual money on these items it wouldn't be a big deal. i have since filed 2 more tickets the last being
about a week ago. to my disappointment i have yet to be contacted by there support team.

because of thir complete disregard to my situation and the amount of money i spent on the game i can't help to feel I'm being taken advantage of.

i called Xbox customer support to ask for a refund or credit of the money i spent only to be told they can't do anything about the situation . seeing that i pay for Xbox live i have always felt protected and that Microsoft would always have my protection
and support at heart.

now not only do i feel this publisher has taken advantage of me i can't help to feel Microsoft is just going to allow this to happen . I'm a long time and loyal Xbox customer . along with my current library of games i have 3 on preorder and was about to
order a few more but this whole situation has me stepping back and rethinking the entire situation .

what are my options in this situation ? how can i get my money back seeing the company is ignoring me and Microsoft can't do anything? and why is Microsoft letting this happen to it's customers or at the very least giving the opportunity for this to happen?

Still no resolution, this is just dreadful customer support

Still no rewards depositing, why are these issues being ignored by Microsoft. I expect some kind of compensation for such dreadful customer support and my constant emails reporting the issue without any kind of resolution being offered.

I'm sorry that this is happening to you. As you know, no one here can help with the in game issues you're experiencing. However, as for your refund request there is one other option you can try. Contact phone support again and explain the issue to them
and ask for a refund. If they say they cannot do that then ask to have the issue escalated. They will look into the issue and give a second opinion on it.
