    hello my name is ken i pay good money for xbox live and iv been herast over and over by one person i got in to a verbal coversation wih this guy every sinc then he has been online spaming me said that he deleted his messages from the last 2weeks that inforsment
    groop cant see and said he works for microsoft he can band and delet me idk if he does i just need someone to help me get this guy off my back i blocked him he unblocked his self iv reported him 13 times please (DEMONITE1981)this is him

    so about 3 to 4 months ago my and my friend were abused and harrased over a xbox live party chat by 6 other people they also spread personal information about us that we have no idea how they obtained, ive been following up on this for the past few months
    and from my knowledge no action has been taken on the group of players which is completely unexcepteble, ive been told by the support companys that party chats are recorded and monitored if needed so there is 100% proof what they have done there is no reason
    to not take action they have breached the code of conduct and the enforcement team must take action other wise they are not doing there jobs.

    Xbox being biased towards banning

    I understand this however the racial remark was received by me well over a month ago and still nothing has been done. I even reported it twice in case I made a mistake by still no action was taken. And there is a way to tell if action has been taken as
    the message sent by the person will have automatically been deleted by Xbox and I would've received a message from Xbox alerting me they have taken action

    I don't think you get the 'action has been taken' message everytime, so I would guess action has been taken you've just not seen it.

    Guys no action has been taken against this guy and he has now been listed as the champion dor NBK in the indian region. He has surely glitched his gamerscore with regards to what has been mentioned in the first post about his achievements being unlocked
    in the wrong order and so on . Complains have been filed against his new gt but no action has been taken till now . Plzzz do the needfull and bring his wrongdoings to the attention of the live enforcement teams for proper verification.

    Reporting messages not working

    I think you misunderstand. We’re not asking for any information about the action, just that the action was taken. I used to get messages which stated “Thanks for helping make Xbox Live safer for everyone! We took action on one or more of the recent complaints you filed.” Haven’t gotten one of those messages in months. Action is not being taken. I know action is not being taken because when I report a message for profanity, the person who sent it continues to send messages cursing me out. So clearly nothing is being done.
