    For a while now I've been being harassed and i called Microsoft they told me to come on the forums I'm getting my inbox flooded with harassing and threatening messages

    on 3/7/12 this gamer [mod removed: do not post gamertags]

    was harassing me on live while playing black ops and then got me suspended, till 04/09/12 i play daily on here and do not use foul language at all i would like to have this suspension lifted so i can play again or at least put it out there that this gamer
    [mod removed: do not post gamertags] is harassing people on here and maybe he needs suspended.

    You should file a report through the console asap. Here's a link on how to do it.

    You'll need to file a complaint on those gamers via the console and block communications with them. Then enforcement team will investigate those complaints.

    To be rather blunt with you, if whomever is allegedly harassing you keeps making new accounts and you don't want to restrict communications then what do you expect Microsoft to do? It's not like Microsoft can read the minds of the people you made upset
    and stop them before they do something.

    If it's a new user every time then there is nothing to be done other than blocking communication with everyone who is not on your friends list. Happy people don't go around "harassing" folks. People who are upset do that and generally speaking the person
    who is receiving the brunt of their anger is the one who upset them in the first place.

    FYI the change the moder forums is telling you that is "free" is restricted to terms of use violations

    That terms of use violation like that is counted to Perma bans suggest you don't Google shady things

    FYI live life and play fair

    You should be happy that xbox even allows name changes cause they are the only console that does

    Just like in real life name changes ain't free or easy

    Thanks for that obvious information owenkiller. I knida know how XBox works. I was suggesting how it could work better. I like my Friendlist open...but if I block you, I don't want you going through my profile or my friendlist. It is not too much to
    ask, I made the post for the Moderators. In hope that one of them would agree with me, maybe follow up, ban this guy...ya know...just tryin to make this place a lil better. So...if you are not one of them, or you dont see my intention as being valid...then
    dont respond. Thanks to the rest of you! Since you are on this thread, you probably have been victimized, tat least we have this space to report it...but hopefully also fix it.

    I was stalked/harassed earlier today. I blocked communication but the player was able to go through my friendlist, and sent some obscene messages to some ladies and other types of obscene content to the guys! What a smart-***!

    XBL should not make friendlists available to blocked parties. I filed complaints against the user, including tampering. As I see it: He accessed my friendlist w malicious intent, and is acting in a manner unfit for XBL.

    Thanks all...I hope we can make this change.
