Thanks for the quickest response ever like I keep saying this place is great. I am not going to try and remember your name who responed 2 part two. But why can't a thread be left open for multiple people to answere? Maybe some one can help me more othe then
here go read this lawyer legal stuff that u need to be a laywer to read. Coffee kickin in. Smwutches I am not rying to piss u off I am try to get help. How do u know that no one here or a fellow gamer can't give me advise or help. Maybe someone has been through
something similar. Where do I go when everyone says go here or here then I go there and they say to go there? Yes I have talked to my lawyers assistant and just talking to my lawyer on Monday is free. They do that even for u they would because they do it for
everyone. U have the money set aside to go after a billion dollars company over an employee harassing your family. Then using her postion to screw with u more. Well what else is left when everyone says the same as u. This is a place with a lot of good people
in it and is it wrong of me to think one might be able to help or give advise on what to do. I am sorry u focused on the lawyer part. I am sorry that seemed to hit a button. The only reason I mentioned it was to show how bad thing are and the direction they
seem to be going in. My intent was not to anger Smwutches. If I can get help here Smwutches and u know the legal link will do me no good because I was already there. How about some useful advise. Lets say everything I said is true and it is an employee and
they have been stopping my reports because I tried all that. Reporting, blocking them multiple times and it just makes it worse. What next?? Thats why I came here. Sorry I am doing a bad job of explaining whats going on. I didn't mean for the focus to be on
lawyer. They are expensive and I a have a family. But yes I am talking to one what choce do I have. This place was my last resort I tried other even was told to come here. See my fustration. Sooner or later i hope that one person who can help comes along.
Maybe tonight someone might have something else to say. An idea of a helpfully place to go. I get it this is not the place for this. I told the agent as much that I don't think they can do anything. She said probably not but may be someone can help with advice
and it's better then they could do. So lock the thread I will try later and later. Sorry if I upset anyone not my intention just looking for some help. This person just didn't harass my family for months, lie, delete messages, send a message to scare me by
warning me she is an employee(which I got at the same time as the message from enforcement. I found out from him/her what she/him did to the account. It was a brag message/ a don't mess with me) and then chang her game pic to a glaring stair-doiwn just to
leave uas alone. So sorry to of offended anyone with this mess I just don't know what to do. Brad had the right answeres in his first comment but I felt like I didn't stress enough that reporting this person just makes her bug us more. Multiple times a day
after each report like she knew. Ok going away. Will try later for probably the same answeres just like Brad said and I agreed with him. But Brad and Smwutches don't live my the female I do. So doing this is better then nothing it shows I tried everything
I was told to do. Already looked at the legal thanks Smwutches and did what Brad said thanks Brad hope u have a good day.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums again. Unfortunately, as stated by me and Smwutches, there is nothing we can do here on the forums. We lock the threads to keep negative replies from happening and to contain it. The only thing we can tell is is report,
block and ignore them. If the harrassment is dire and life threatening you need to talk with your local authorities. Please refrain from making duplicate posts on the same issue. Again i will be locking this thread due to the subject has been answered and
covered. We truly are sorry for what you are going through.

To be rather blunt with you, if whomever is allegedly harassing you keeps making new accounts and you don't want to restrict communications then what do you expect Microsoft to do? It's not like Microsoft can read the minds of the people you made upset
and stop them before they do something.

Thanks for that obvious information owenkiller. I knida know how XBox works. I was suggesting how it could work better. I like my Friendlist open...but if I block you, I don't want you going through my profile or my friendlist. It is not too much to
