I just got banned from Xbox live communicating for standing up for myself. Yes I did use the wrong language but it was the only thing I could say. The entire team kept team killing and harassing me and then messaged me the reason for being a girl. Instead
of banning my account how about you guys ban players who make the community a toxic place. I’m tired of being treated this way and when I try to stand up for myself getting banned. 4 of the players on my team all killed me and messaged me to enjoy my ban!
Ridiculous.

For a while now I've been being harassed and i called Microsoft they told me to come on the forums I'm getting my inbox flooded with harassing and threatening messages

 

Being Harassed and DDoSd.

My account has been used with unauthorized access.

And these items were scammed from my disabled son.

I called x-box they said to write a complaint and maybe you could help.

two players took possion of 1,200,000 points and told him he was scammed.

I have the users names and I would like to see if you would ban them from x-box 360

before they do this to someone else.

 

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other players and block communications with them instead of responding to them.

https://enforcement.xbox.com and click the hammer icon. From there you'll be able to refresh yourself on the rules of Live and how to report others if they try this again.

 

That is terrible to hear, however all players who make use of Xbox Live services agree to uphold the community standards and guidelines while in game. While it is unfortunate that this happened, the appropriate course of action is to block and report players
who have been involved in harassing behavior against others or yourself. Should you need further assistance please contact customer support.

 

I report these players constantly and no actions are taken. So how would you suggest I deal with players like this. I would say it happens 50% of the time and now I’ve had to change my profile picture once again because of it.

 

Reporting, blocking and muting are your only tools in this unfortunate situation. There is also the option to change your communication settings to friends only.
