Being harassed by a clan on bf1

I have a clan that keeps constantly sending me harassing messages following me from server to serve belititng me and sexually harassing me. Xbox live support suggested posting in the forums to get the issue to the enforcement team since its a entire clan
from Guatemala harassing me.

If he keeps joining when it's an invite only party then someone is inviting him. Just block communications and ignore him.

There is a person that is harassing me, I have called XBOX support, they help me put this person has ignore this, but this did nothing. They seemed that they were able to bypass the system. They also have added themselves to my friend list with out permission.
They are following me almost everywhere I go on XBOX. They are joining my parties without permission. I need something done to resolve this issue His gamer tag

you’ll want to report their messages to Xbox live support when they are sent to you.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums, the best way is to report the messages , players and block them as well.

This can be done through your xbox
