Being Doctor not updating tier

I purchased two games ( Thimbleweed Park and Another world ) on 23 january in order to reach the goal 28€ and the tier 1 is still locked

What do i need to do?

Forza 3 Warthog not appearing in ready to install

Still nothing in message centre... also forza hub not updating progress towards tier advancement except in the achievement category...

Being Doctor Not Being Tracked/Counted

I’ve made eligible game purchases (Inside, Edith Finch, Firewatch) and earned 5 achievements (Inside, Edith Finch) and it has only correctly tracked a purchase of a couple of avatar t-shirts. Please advise.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our source for purchase data that is currently in the process of being resolved. This issue has resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. Once this issue
has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately. We have looked up your account with an alternative source, and can confirm that those purchases were made on that date. Furthermore, we see a avatar
purchase made around the end of the month. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this
delay.

Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.
