    Being Doctor Not Being Tracked/Counted


    I’ve made eligible game purchases (Inside, Edith Finch, Firewatch) and earned 5 achievements (Inside, Edith Finch) and it has only correctly tracked a purchase of a couple of avatar t-shirts. Please advise.

    In game progress not being tracked.

    I'm spending time in game and the hours are not being logged on my rewards profile.

    I am not getting rewarded for my gameplay/participation.

    Dear XBL Rewards team,

    I have purchased one of the eligible titles (Firewatch) and have unlocked more than 5 achievements but it does not show up on the website. Other parts I have unlocked. That is a little strange. Could you please have a look into this?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our purchase database that is in the process of being resolved by another team. This issue has caused our purchase data to be delayed starting from the 22nd. After investigating your account
    with another source, we see that your purchase of Firewatch is on the 23rd, which is why your offer has not completed yet. Once this issue is resolved, and we receive your remaining purchase, you will see the offer fill out and populate successfully. We have
    been informed by this other team that this issue should be resolved shortly. Again, apologies for the delay.

    Since you registered as a British Rewards member, only purchases in that region's currency (GBP) is eligible for Rewards. Since your purchase of Firewatch was made with CHF, it was not eligible for Rewards, and did not complete the first part of the offer.
    Since you did not complete the first part of the offer, you cannot progress the achievement part of this offer.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our source for purchase data that is currently in the process of being resolved. This issue has resulted in us being unable to receive purchase information past January 22nd. Once this issue
    has been resolved and that information begins to flow again, you should see your offer progress appropriately. We have looked up your account with an alternative source, and can confirm that those purchases were made on that date. Furthermore, we see a avatar
    purchase made around the end of the month. Since we receive purchases with the date you made the purchase and not when we receive it, once this issue is resolved, the offer should progress as expected. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this
    delay.
