Being constantly banned by a hacker.

This is more of a request to ban someone, I will explain.

Last week, my account was breached, money was taken and the person had sent messages to (what I pressume is) their personal account, they messaged multiple swear word messages so that they could go back and report them. They also deleted the conversation from my account so I can't even delete the messages. I know this is all 100% true as this happened the same day (5th May) I recieved a suspicious sign in from Manchester (other side of the country to me), and the same day I lost just under £200. Xbox 100% knows about this as they saw the account breach and has since refunded me just over £100 so far. The problem is, every day I am getting enforcement notices for 24 hour ban on communication, this is because the person who breached my account is going onto 'our' chat and reporting one of the many swears that he sent to himself. This needs to be fixed, I literally am unable to play xbox properly, anyone with access to my enforcement history can see that it is not possible to go from: Communication ban September 2020, Communication ban October 2020. and then; Communication ban April 5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13th 2021, like, it literally is impossible for someone to look at that and not suspect somethig wrong on my account. Since this person breached my account, stole money, and is now constantly getting me banned, which I will count as harrasment, they should be banned, at the very least be blocked from accessing our conversation so I can be left in peace. I suggest the account responsible for reporting me all these times (who most likely is the hacker) be banned.

For the record I am fully aware that this person is a hacker, I am referring to them by this correctly.

I am truly sorry to know about your situation. The first thing you can do is submit a case review by following the steps provided in the link Xbox Support, for the enforcement team to further investigate the ban situation. As for the account hacker situation, it would be best to contact the support through Xbox Support for further assistance.

They are cracking down on boosters. Check the ban section. People are constantly being banned or having their scores and ranks reset.

Report and block is all we can do. Xbox LIVE constantly is updating their system from their end so more and more people get banned and suspended. Also, once a hacker always a hacker. They simply make a new account and repeat. Wash, rinse, repeat. Just best
to use the report function and move on. Better than doing nothing at all

Hey there,

The best thing you can do is report the user on the console, the enforcement teams review and act accordingly to each report, so there's nothing else you'll need to do in this case. Calling out other gamers on the forums is against the guidelines as well,
so I removed the Gamertag.

Microsoft does their best to ban hackers but it can take time for them to go through all the reports they receive on a daily basis and when it comes to hackers being at the top of a leaderboard it's the resposibilty of the publisher to remove them.
