It definitely sounds like your husband may have left autorenew on from when he had an xbox.

If you cannot remember the email or password to the account and also cannot provide support enough info to verify he is the true owner of the account in order to get access to it (which it sounds likes uou guys may have tried) then the only other thing you
can really do to stop the charges would be to call your bank,have them cancel your current card (the one thats getting charged) and get a new one.

That's the rub isn't it. They hide behind a smokescreen of protecting privacy. But it's a lie. They just want to keep charging people. So if the information is lost, it's oh well screw the customer. I find it funny none of the Xbox machines have any records of these accounts.
