    Being charged for Xbox Pass


    So a while back, I had changed my email that was connected to this account and I did not know that would have me create a whole new Xbox gaming account as well. I had the ultimate game pass and I am unable to cancel that subscription since I cannot get back into that original account. I am being charged $15 for the past 2 months and I don't know how to cancel it.. Help needed

    Hello DeAngelo, when you say you changed your account email, do you mean "Alias" in your account?

    The best way would be to try to access the account through the link below and turn off auto-renewal.

    If you can't get the best way to get some help it would be by logging into Xbox Support, there they can try to search your account by your card number, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we don't have access to some data as well as your account.

    I have never purchased the xbox music pass but have been being charged for it. I canceled the auto renewal but would like a refund for what I was charged since I never have used it and just realized that I have been charged for it.
