Being charged for game that didnt work on my xbox

Yeah in my order history it shows the gt change and says completed

Oh, probably the purchase didn't go through correctly if you received the "something went wrong" message.

If you was charged. Probably in the next 48 hours the charge is going to be reversed/canceled in your bank app / statement.

If you want, try changing your gamertag again.
This time use a different device (if possible PC) and if you have any VPN, proxy, DNS filtering or similar service. Disable each one temporarily
