Being charged for an xbox live account I know nothing about

I hope some one can help, it doesn't matter what type of contact I try, I keep getting emails saying they have taken £37 pounds for a xbox live account that's never been used, I'm so fed up I dont know where to turn, I dont even know how to switch the thing
on. When I tried to call months ago, the person on the phone couldn't understand me, nor I him. So I'm lost now not knowing if I'm paying for this or not. The support page is useless so I'm stuck in technology land probably paying a subscription for something
I do not use. I'd be grateful for any advise from the community Anyone??

Unknowingly paying - Refund?

Just curious whether or not xBox Live could actually monitor/check into the Accounts to justify this.

Ie.,

I haven't unpacked my console since I've moved back in December. I've been charged since December - first charge being 1.13 - Last month I was charged 12 for Live, this Month was another 12.

I haven't renewed so why am I being charged this?

Why was nothing done other than turning off my renewal?

Think I deserve an apology, at least.

I can see this being as a Billing Problem and/or Account issue.

Is there any way for Xbox to actually see if I was using the xBox live? Maybe someone else has used a console using my GamerTag?

There's only one way you can get rid of that charge and that is by calling Xbox Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and have them search up your credit card number to remove the card off the account, and since you have no account with them you may need to contact
your financial institution to report fraud since someone got your card information somehow. If you can't remember any old xbox live accounts give the representatives your phone number or old phone number or emails or old gamertags to ensure you don't have
a continuing subscription

As I had already contacted my bank and they came back saying there is nothing fishy about the charges and also the fact that I have never used my card for something that could possibly lead to it being used by a 3rd party I know for a fact that it is not someone else charging the account.

Bro my account was suspended too because of the same reason and according to the enforcement team it was because I tried to get frequent refunds but in fact that was because I was triple charged for Xbox live membership and according to Xbox it was a glitch
in THEIR system. I do not understand why I am being suspended for nothing I even did.

The question is this did you contact xbox billing support first to let them know that you where charged multiple times for the xbox live or did you go to your bank and dispute the charge with your bank first.

If you went to your bank first then that is considered marketplace theft because Microsoft thinks that you are trying to get live for nothing hence marketplace theft.

Same problem here and I took a screen shot of my auto renew being turned off, but Microsoft turn it back on. Was told also by tech support at xbox live that they know about this problem,,, but have done nothing to fix it. JUST GREAT,,,, that's ok I told
paypal to dispute the charges,,,, will let them handle it........ [REMOVED - LANGUAGE]
