Being charged for a game I've already purchased.

Years ago I purchased Call of Duty 4 from the marketplace, I had removed it quite some time ago after getting many of the achievements and had moved on from the game. Recently I wanted to download it again but noticed I was going to be charged $19.99, I
then checked my download history and it cannot be found in it. I have always used the account I'm using now. What can be done about this?

Charged for a game i already purchased!

I purchased a game in the past on my xbox 360 (Total miner forge) then I tried to download it again however this time it charged me £2.70 on my other xbox 360 with the same account i bought it on before.

Recurring billing is already off. The only purchase listed is A 1 dollar subscription for the month of October, there is no other purchase or billing being shown on the account beyond that. Yet I've still been getting charges from microsoft.

The reset didn't work. I've now attempted to reinstall the game, but it's telling me that I don't have gamepass ultimate and I need to purchase it before I can reinstall the game. I've already purchased it, my paypal has been charged and it says in my
current subscriptions that I'm paid until 6/22/2020.

This is getting annoying and I'm not willing to get charged twice.

Any thoughts?

People who purchased from target on those days are already being charged stuff to their cards, seems they are buying stuff off the psn lol.
