    Hi there, I've only just got an xbox one s and when I imported games (pinball fx3) from my xbox 360 some were free while I've been charged for others. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a solution? The xbox one recognised that it was content I
    already had and just asked whether to install? Nine separate charges have been made on my account. Thanks v much if anyone can help.

    I have just had tbe exact same thing!? So annoyed will be calling them tomorrow! Charged me twice for Skate 3 and said I am blocked from buying things? -.- This is annoying as I have been charged twice and still haven't got the game -.- hope this gets fixed.

    I would honestly suggest trying to phone up Xbox Support using the numbers above. I checked my bank this morning and they have refunded me the correct amount so it's all good on my part. They did a good job and I'm happy that I got my money back. Anyone
    with this issue I would suggest phoning them up and hope you can get through.

    Personally, In the future I will just buy my games from the 360 Live Market.

    i just bought the DLC for call of duty advance warfare which is 14.99 and it said i was block from purchases but i still got charge the 14.99.

    No sure exactly why this is happening. I managed to get connected to Xbox Support and the guy said that I have incorrectly been billed twice for Skate 3, so I will get a refund. This is after I gave him my Xbox Gamertag, and he stated that this does not
    normally happen, as this is probably an error in the billing service. He said I should be refunded the money soon. If I was you, I would try and get through to them as this seems to be the most simple way to get your refund for the game. I am just waiting
    to get my money back now.
