    Being billed for a purchase and not getting the thing I purchased. Need help?


    I recently tried to purchase silver on destiny 2 i got a strange error and the screen flashed and i was put back a page on the store. I first thought it was all good so i checked in game for the silver to find it was missing. I then looked on my banking app to see i had been charged by Microsoft. I continued troubleshooting and found my xbox game pass subscription was due so i payed that thinking it was the problem but nope it didnt help, i then checked online on my phone at my order history to find my order was missing. So far ive come to the conclusion i have been billed for the item and the purchase is in my pending transactions but im yet still missing the item and any kind of order history or proof of purchase and im still missing the money. Is there anything I can do? Ive contacted both xbox support and bungie support on twitter but i have heard back yet.
