    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    as I said, MS does NOT handle game specific bans, only bans from the LIVE service, posting there will do him NO good he has to take it up with the maker of the game that banned him, not the suspension forum.

    Enforcement websiteto resolve this. If you need assistance with answering the survey questions for the Case review, you can always
    reach out to Xbox Customer support over the phone. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Side note: Enforcement does
    not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

    If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
    Code of Conductonly.)

    Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
    thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

    Just a friendly reminder though that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them, in regards to your concern I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more information as well as check if you’re eligible to file a case review.
