    Being banned twice


    Right so I got banned at the weekend it was a comm ban and I understand what I did but only a couple of hours ago I got banned again when my first ban is still in place and I don't know what this means do I get 4 weeks instead of the usual 2 weeks or is
    this something else. If anyone has had the same problem it would appreciated if you know anything.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I'm being banned for the same thing twice.

    Enforcement doesnt use the forum so the only thing you can do is to go through them to contest any bans. If it's only a 24hr ban you will not be able to contest. The site is here

    You would have to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums. Keep in kind that suspensions are not always issued for the same day the action took place. So it doesn't matter that you weren't online yesterday,
    the action that led to the suspension could have take place days or weeks ago.

    New Gamertag system is dumb.

    Did you file an appeal? I have had mine taken away twice now, and overturned twice, but am now still waiting for them to reinstate my original tag. Apparently they have an AI system banning, so you have to actually get to a human being to get any satisfaction...
