    an someone please tell me what I did to deserve a permanent bann still wondering and if not can u at least give me my money back cause this is not far at all and I have seen that others are having the same problem and if u give me the same thing u always
    do and say to go to the enforcement page like everyone else also I'm gonna find a way to bring this to court cause it's uncalled for and u say u care about ur costumers but this is no way to treat them give me a valid reason why I was banned or I'm going to
    try my hardest to do something this is so wrong and such a waist of a perfectly good account no second chance or anything just done that's just what I need I use this xbox to get away from the cruel world and have fun with friends but now I have nothing at
    all give me something wth

    Account permanent bans / Device are permanent no undo button or CTRL - Z. It is unfortunate there is 0% chance of the ban being lifted.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums so no one here can give you any information regarding your ban. The enforcement site is the only place to find out information about your ban and to see about submitting

    Permanent bans can be appealed but the chances of a perma ban being overturned are slim at best.

    Most likely you're not permanently banned, only suspended. Everyone is being told they have a permanent ban, but it's not true. So you'll get access to the games once your suspension ends. However, if it is in fact a permanent ban, you forfeit everything on an account once it is banned so you would not get a refund.

    There is no set amount of times.

    You can be permanently banned without ever being suspended or you can have several minor suspensions before being banned.

    Depends on the severity of the offence/offence's you commit as well as how many times you been suspended.

    Best rule is to not break the rules in the first place then you wont have to worry about being banned permanently.
