being banned permanently for something i didnt do.....

hello, about 5 days ago i was permanently banned from Xbox live on my main account SlimsyCoyote997. this happened after I was sent a day before a 2 week ban for putting a post up on selling a 'rare wanted paint' on Forza horizon *. I have gone over the code of conduct and have realize where I have gone wrong, and I am willing to serve that ban because it showed I was liable and I was in the wrong. a day later I was playing Forza horizon 3 and at about 3.29am I had a pop up saying I had been signed out of Xbox live and I needed to restart my game and pc to be signed back in, so I did so and when I got on it couldn't sign in at all, so I went on my Xbox and tried signing in there, and it said I had been permanently banned from Xbox live services and a link to go the the enforcement teams website, which I did right after I had seen that. As i went on the link it said that I had been banned for account theft , which I have never done let alone have the capability's to do such a thing. i have evidence of someone else threatening to take my account in a group chat which I have screenshot proof of him saying that he will take my account. i was in a party with 2 ddoser's the day before it happened and they had used a banning tool against someone, I did not conduct/contribute to them doing this, after they did that I left the party immediately after, this meaning * of * things. * the person who threatened me had gotten into my account and made it get banned, or the ddosers had banned me for leaving due to me not wanting to be involved in such a thing. I had never stolen an account, nor though about it. nor had I been involved in Phishing, or Solicitation for that reason. if you would be able to lift the permanent ban off my account id be more than willing to serve the 2 week ban for what I had posted the day before. but with that when I posted the Looking for group about the selling the car on Forza it had said there was an error, so I thought it had not gone up. so following up that ban I was a bit confused on how I got banned for that reason but like I said I'm willing to serve that ban as I was in the wrong. I cant afford too loose this account as its my main and I have spent a lot of money over time on games and DLC's. I am very well known in a lot of game community's for being legit and not doing such things as I have been banned for, some people will falsely report me because of them not liking me. if you could please look over the ban properly and forward this to the enforcement team as I didnt have enough time to put all this into my case review. thank you for your time reading this and I hope that we can work this out as I have Cleary been framed for a false ban. thank you again- Harlee Becher (SlimsyCoyote*997)
