Being Banned From The Enforcement Team

I got an Xbox One for xmas im a single father to two small girls, Iv had x box live for nearly a month. I play with my twin brother and two friends and always stay in party chat never in game chat. On the 3/01/2016 i received an email to say i had been banned
for 24 hours due to inappropriate behavour. I was really shocked I then called X box live and was told they cannot help me i had to go to enforcement history to file a case review. so i was talked into the steps on how to do it but there was no option to file
one so i left it and just came on the next day. i received an email today at 5.18am this morning to say the exact same message from the enforcement team but this time its for 14days, I dont harm, insult or try to bully anybody i put my children to bed then
come on the x box for a few hours in the evening to keep my mind busy. This time i do have the option to file a case review but can only do 500 characters so cant explain properly to them. I think it is quite bad that there is no one to contact via chat or
phoneline because i have done nothing wrong and feel like a child that i have to prove iv done nothing to violate any rules and would love to see the proof of what iv supposedly done wrong. What a waste of money and time I wish i got a playstation 4 instead.
I have previously had a 360 for 5 or 6 years never had bad reputation or a bad thing said about me then come on the x box one and had to deal with all this crap and time waste Thank you for a lovely start to the new year enforcement team

MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

If you have naked pictures of yourself on OneDrive you should be banned from the internet to save you from your own stupidity.

This is a clarification of the TOS that has always existed. Probably asked for by the enforcement teams who end up banning people for enfractions that fall under “not limited to” violations of the TOS.

 

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

Does make me chuckle when people say they should have gone to playstation instead, like that's going to make them notice you, anyway they don't just ban people for no reason,

 

Would be nice to know what the issue was instead of being told in an automated message that it could have been 20 different things like i said there was a ban on the 3rd then 3 days later looked on my history ie messages two had been sent since then nothing
indecent but when they take hundreds of pounds off people to play servers that arent very good anyway like being disconnected most times loads of error codes well you get my drift i also stated i have two daughetrs so wouldnt dare speak rudely so yeah they
dont ban me for no reason so let me know but hey you can keep chuckling

 

Pingu is right,you don't get banned for no reason.The stars on your gamercard have nothing to do with anything now,they are to do with feedback on the 360 & was broken anyway.

You can't file a case review on a 24 hour suspension,which it does tell you,but you can on anything longer.

An email is always sent to the address linked to your account explaining why you were banned.

You will want to change that gamertag as well as I can see a forced name change sometime soon.

 

Sony's enforcement team have a near identical set of rules to their Xbox counterparts.

What got you banned from Live would also have got you banned from the PSN.

 

I have never had a problem with my gamertag the past several years being in live chat and telephone calls always given my details and they have not had an issue with it even called x box live yesterday and asked could it have been my name and they said no,
and it doesnt mean what u think it is. My brother made these names up on 360 and its meant to be noob but u couldnt put another character on. and im sure it did not offend you but thanks for the input and trying to spiral something into something else And

I. I am using my brothers home page where it comes up with his profile and mine to use so surely mine is visible on his and was told by GAME and live chat that it was perfectly legal to do so so how could it be my responsibility to keep an eye on my account
when x box lets you use someone elses homepage.

 

Your tag hasn't been changed as it hasn't been reported.Doesn't matter what you meant it to think,it also means something else & violates the CoC.

It clearly tells you that you can't ask for a case review for a 24 hour suspension.

Phone/chat support are nothing at all to do with xbox live enforcement but should at least be able to read.

Not sure what you mean by someone elses "homepage",i think you are talking about a "home" console.

Only way to appeal your 2nd suspension is via case review,which I posted a link to earlier.

 

If you log in at enforcement.xbox.com and it is coming up with someone else's gamertag then just click logout at the top right. All this means is that someone else has been using Microsoft services on the PC you are using.
