Being banned for Something I didn’t do on Xbox.

I am aware Xbox says this does not happen however yesterday i was banned for saying something ive never said in my entire life! The enforcemnt team would not allow me to say my piece because their website was down. This made me very upset at first but
I did get over it. I just wanted to post this because I feel bad for people who have been in this same position and feel the enforcement team needs and update.

Also please remember the enforcement team follow your whole life of the account! So if you started back in 2000 it would be from then up to present time 2020!

Unfortunately no one in the forums, nor support will be able to answer any specific enforcement questions. Only a Safety Team member can respond, and they do not use the forums. They are only contactable through the case review process. If you are able to submit a case review, I would recommend doing so.

From the enforcement page:

"As the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation.
Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable"

That clearly states the responsibility of the account's owner. That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues
