    Hey There my previous gamertag called "Eoob" was suspended for nothing apparently i was modding call of duty i have never ever modded or hacked in my life and would not know how to and im also still paying for xbox live if someone can help or unban me please

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

The right department that can check the details about this is the enforcement team. They can only be reached by submitting a case review.

    Being a game specific ban, Microsoft has nothing to do with it. You would have to talk to Bungie.

    If the code of conduct is being followed and the player isn't using hacks (cheating) then it is highly possible that he won't be banned. There is no way to truly answer this question of him being banned as we don't have access to that information, but as
    stated above, if he is doing nothing wrong, then he is fine and has nothing to worry about as game glitches do happen.
