    2 times this week I have received messages from people loosing games and they send messages talking trash I respond then im banded these people are not on my friends list last night a guy messaged me during game i responded he kept going i reported and
    blocked him i cut my game on and im banded thjs is really becoming a problem I pay my money to receive the full service and I'm not receiving at this moment

    All these are understandable but for someone to initiate a situation and then use the Xbox to get you blocked as a form of trolling not harassment is kinda not fair is all I'm saying how are you harassing somebody who is messaging you I don't i understand
    it and in this particular case I reported and blocked a person and I still got banded it's kinda trashy didn't have these problems on ps4

    For information about your ban and to see about submitting a vaae review, you would need to go to Http://enforcement.xbox.com

    In situations like that you should just report and block thw other person instead of responding to them. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

    You do not need to defend yourself Enforcement is there for that. Both sides how to follow the CoC. There is no "He started it"

    Next time please just report and block. Do not sink to their level and message them back at all.
