Being asked to buy PUBG again

So I have already bought the game once before not played it in a while and now that I have gone back to it, its asking for me to pay for it again?

Is there an issues with this or what would the reason behind it be?

I just found out that PUBG is now being given away free to those who buy an X Box One X. I bought my X Box One X late last month and PUBG last week ,,,, I now see this offer. How do I get this offer?

Paysafe card

I want to buy pubg on xbox....I have no credit card but I am able to purchase a paysafe card....can I buy PUBG with paysafe card?/if yes how?

Be sure to use the same account used to purchase the game. Try checking the
order history if the purchase is actually linked to the account. If everything works, try deleting the profile from the console and re-download it again.

Be sure to make sure you're signed in to the account that you made the purchase on, Check the order history on your account to make sure the purchase is listed and lastly remove the account from the console and add it again. Hope this was helpful and if

Would you please try the following solutions below:

Remove your account and add it back again.
Restart your device (If you are using a PC/ Windows 10) / Preform a power cycle (If you are using an Xbox console).

However, If the issue persists and you are using an Xbox console, please try preforming a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know how it goes!
