    Behind a cone NAT


    I cannot get a open NAT while playing Ghosts on my X-Box One. My modem and router combo from the cable company is a Cisco DPC 3825. I have done the port forwarding as recommended in other threads. I have called the cable company for help, but they will
    not help with port forwarding stuff or any other issues if the cable signal is good. The ports forwarded are as follows:

    53 to 53

    80 to 80

    88 to 88

    500 to 500

    3074 to 3074

    3544 to 3544

    4500 to 4500

    16000 to 16000

    I used the port forwarding.com application to do this. It helped my friends out, but has not worked for me. I do not know what else to change or do. I will need pretty simplified instructions as I am not a guru on modem and router stuff. LOL

    Behind a cone NAT

    Is your NAT open? If it is then it might be that your mic , how do you know it's not? when looking at the party and you talk, does your icon light up like it's picking up audio, do you have a Kinect?

    Wired network as well. When diagnostics ran on X-box one it says open, and in Ghosts it says moderate. I tried switching to wireless and it went to strict then, but I prefer a wired network anyway.

    Switching to wireless most likely resulted in your Xbox One getting a new LAN IP, which broke the port forwards you set up for the previous IP assigned to the wired interface. Who is your ISP? Is the UPnP option visible and configurable in the Cisco's web
    interface? Is it enabled?

    Cox cable is my internet provider. There is a UPnP enable disable option in the Cisco web interface. It is not enabled.

    Behind a cone NAT

    A cone NAT is normal.

    To open the NAT in call of duty you need to forward port 3075.

    COD doesn't use the standard xbox live ports.

    Yes my NAT is open, and yes the icon lights up, i've also tried it with kinect and the same thing happens, so i know it's not the mic.
