    Enforcement History - Discussion/support ?

    The enforcement history never get's erased for it stands as an indication to the previous behavior of the account's owner. The enforcement team takes in consideration previous enforcement acts when deciding for a permanent suspension in basis of repeated
    violations.

    Selling my 360 for the One......

    The licenses will technically remain on that console until a license transfer is eventually performed. Be careful about any "selling" of digital assets attached to your account, however, as such behavior can be in violation of the Terms of Use.

    Remove the gamertag from the console. (Delete it)

    Power cycle the console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, then restart.

    Restart the console and then recover the account.

    Hopefully that helps.

    Despite the urge to respond, it is best to not engage in this type of behavior. By doing so, you are subjecting yourself to potential ToS/CoC violations. I suggest using

    OP. Judging from your behavior in your thread, the gamertag was probably changed because it was offensive and violated the ToS. You have no one to blame but yourself.
