    Xbox billing debited my paypal account 2 times for my renewal and won’t refund my money - opened a case and it’s continued to get run around -different excuse each time - anyone have an idea how to get the money back THEY TOOK IN ERROR? I want my money

    I am just asking for one more chance I just want to have a fresh start on my "Matts x Journey" account my brother got me banned which is my fault for sure letting him playing on my account. but Im also in fault for myself if theres anyway too have one more
    chance im ASKING FOR ONE MORE please just let me have one I was completely in fault I dopped my pride and asking for one more. I let my emotions get the better of me but I SWEAR it will never happen again. So please just one more. I'm willing too accept 3
    months or a year just a do over please.

    What reasons are they giving you that they debited your account two times?

    Normally the only reason they would have debited your account 2 times is if the previous month they could not renew the subscription for some reason and still allowed the service to run until they could get the payment.

    Keep getting "Can't Download" message

    Would be nice if Microsoft support could respond to this thread now, its a documented issue and its not being addressed, I dont have time to sit on a phone and beg for a refund.

    Why did you force refund diablo 4 when I never requested it?

    I owned and was playing it for over a week. I've seen people begging for refunds and getting refused because they've played more than 2 hours...

    Yet I've been playing all week and didn't want a refund but am being conned out of a sale they offered in the first place.
