Before you waste time calling :)

Hey guys!

So I just wanted to let you guys know of a little bit of troubleshooting on your Xbox One console before you resort to calling Xbox Live Support. I have personally had amazing success in resolving many issues with this troubleshooting. Its easy and fast
to do, so why wouldn't you give this a try

Step 1: Settings>Disc and Blu-Ray>Persistent Storage> click on "clear persistent storage" ( don't worry this will not delete anything that you have saved on your console, this is kind of like clearing your browser history/cookies on a computer)> "clear persistent
storage a total of 3 times (I know it sounds weird but just try it)

Step 2: Press and hold the power button on the CONSOLE, until it turns off on its own and then let go of the power button on the CONSOLE.

Step 3: Unplug the power cord from the back on the console and then let the console sit UNPLUGGED for 3 MINUTES.

If the steps work just let me know, ive had great success on resolving issues such as getting stuck on the loading screen of a game, no pins showing up on the dashboard, games freezing, and DLC missing.
