Before We Leave Game- Stuck on Loading Screen.

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

I've had this happen before when downloading dlc or games. I just had to leave it at the loading screen and walk away. I'm not sure why you cannot leave the loading screen tho'.

Yup he's right. Just stuck on the load screen. If you leave it long enough it'll eventually kick you out.

The biggest problem im having now is leaving the train staion to go to chevy chase. When I try to leave I hit A to go to Chevy chase and the loading screen comes up just like it should but suddenly the game leaves the loading screen the screen goes black
but when i hit the dashboard button it comes up just fine and the music continues to play for about 5 seconds before the " Unable To Read Disc" screen pops up.
