Beeping noise

Discus and support Beeping noise in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; why is my xbox one making a repeated beeping noise.. it is four beeps in quick succession about every 3 mins.     why is my xbox one making a repeated beeping noise.. it is four beeps in quick succession about every 3 mins. Sounds like a notification of something but i don’t know what.. I don’t have any additional hardrive.. i have recorded it but don’t know if I can/
    hiw to attach to this post

    Xbox one has no display on TV only sound.... but then works ok on a pc monitor

    I cant get it into Low Resolution mode??

    Press and hold the Xbox button  and
    the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second
    beep. Don’t let go until the second beep occurs.

    I do this....

    you hear the eject button.......

    then the 2nd noise is the power off noise?

    (after the power off noise happens then you can hear the system boot noises through my PC speakers.... then it powers off)

    And all the time working fine on my HD PC monitor

    Hi there,

    I would recommend a full shut down and reboot of the console, it is likely just a glitch causing it but a power cycle would be the first step.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    If that doesn't help you should contact
    Xbox Support     for a possible repair.
