Microsoft I know its hard word but this is getting ridiculous me and millions of other users are randomly getting kicked off of live and sometimes unable to sign back in for hours.... but for some reason Xbox ones connection never has problems.... The Xbox
360 is going to Keep going strong for at least 3 more years unless you guys manage to somehow put backward compatibility on your new machine which you have done in the first place. On behalf of millions of Xbox live gold members who pay for this service I
and we do not understand why there has been a service alert up for 360 all month long. Also if I digitally buy a game for 360 and then later get an Xbox one I want to be able to download the game I payed for on Xbox one if that game is also on that system.
the only difference between the two is on Xbox one the graphics setting is higher. I bought the Evil Within digitally last month before I knew my mother had bought me a One for Xmas and now I would like to be able to have the game I payed for on my Ones hard
drive as well. this is inexcusable if its up to the publisher and creator of the game on that part than I'm sorry in advance I'll go complain to Mr. Mikami and Tango studios about it. Thank you for your awesome service before this month. but once December
hit your service has gone out the window.

xbox live rewards

hi, i wondered that if you get rewarded points for staying with xbox live for 3 consecetive months, how come i havent had any points for it since 2014 as i have been wix xbox live for over 9 years i should have quite a few points
now if the 3 month thing is true, thanks

I have been banned for no reason and I am not happy about this at all I have been with xbox live for many years years and have never been banned for nothing and I just want my account bk plz so I can chat to my friends and game away with them, please unban

Seeing as this is a feedback thread, the best advice I can give you is to visit the fairly new feedback website and post your ideas and thoughts there. The community can get involved and comment and share your posts and even vote on them. A lot of ideas
from the feedback site have even been implemented.

i am very dissapointed i've been a Loyal Xbox Live Gold Member for quite sometime now, 9 year i believe. I think i should have been automatically sent the 75$ code. I've had Xbox Live since it came out. I've bought every system and have stayed loyal i've

I am getting Random Disconnects from Xbox Live but these disconnects have only started after the Dashboard update. I am using a 360S on a wired connection.

Some days it works great and then some days (this evening) I can't stay connected at all.

BUT this hasn't changed all last year, it's been the same, and before the update I had NO problems connecting at all.

I do get pretty fed up of people fobbing us off saying its the internet connection if this is the case how come i have had the same internet provider for over 2 years and never had a problem until the last few weeks? This suggest it is microsoft that is
the problem. I am not the only person having xbox 360 connection problems many are look at all the problems in this forum and not all of us are having internet problems...I always get this problem when ever the xbox updates, and thats when this started!!

Xbox live has been running this scam for ages. I have had so many billing problems it is not even funny. When my credit card was active, I entered a 12 month code only to have it credited to the year after next and none of the bozos in billing could help.
Luckily for them, I am an xbox fanboy and stayed for the next two years. I removed the credit card from the profile and have stopped buying anything on live due to this crappy policy of theirs.
