Been waiting for my credits to be deposited been at 5000 credits been pending since nov 30th.

For help with the rewards program, you'd need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled deposit dates. Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If
you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

As was stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once
you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. Since your deposit has now been automatically scheduled since you hit 5000 pending Credits, there is no longer a need to request a deposit manually, so that option has
been removed. Once Credits are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency
and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

At 5000 pending Credits, we automatically schedule your account for a deposit, which is why the cap amount on that bar is 5000. Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.
Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened on March 24th, it will not be deposited until the mid-April deposit.

Now that you are above 5000, you have been scheduled for an automatic deposit. However, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit.
Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since you only got the Credits that put you above 5000 in the latter half of last month, your deposit will be a part of the mid-December deposit.

the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credits required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on March 18th, they will be a part of the mid-April deposit cycle. Since your February Credits were beneath
5000, they had not been scheduled for a deposit.
