Sometime last year I purchased a 3 months live subscription and didnt think about auto-renewal as I turned it off a LONG time ago already. Ever since then I have been unintentionally paying for live subscription over and over (the email i use is an old one
so I never saw the reminder emails) which mounts to around 90£.

As a uni student im insanely broke and wouldn't even have noticed the auto-renewal if it wasnt for hsbc sending me a txt saying im in overdraft...So I was wondering if there is ANYTHING i can do to get refunded?

P.S: I already spoke to customer support and they agreed to refund the most recent 3-month subscription but was hoping that someone knows how to get more.

Xbox live yearly service

I was wondering if there is anyway to fix my Xbox live yearly service number that appears on my profile page. I've had been subscribed to xbox live gold for over 5-6 years but I recently stopped paying for xbox live gold for the
past few months. I recently bought xbox live gold again and I thought that the number would pop up back on my profile and it hasn't. I then go and look at the xbox live gold page on the home screen of the xbox and it says I've only been subscribed for a year.
I did not think that the number would reset if you stopped paying for xbox live gold. I know this is a bizarre request but is there anyway to fix that.

Xbox live cutting off for now reason

Hi guys My Connection Xbox live keeps cutting off for no reason at all ever so often while playing online, when it cuts me off it always lets me sign back in to live straight away. It's been going for the past few weeks now and it's really interfering
in my time on Xbox live and annoying me while I'm in game , is there anyway I can fix this problem ? Thanks

Hey there, really the only advise you'll get here is to talk to phone support about it, which you've done and it seems like you got a pretty good outcome. I would be happy with that and I don't think you'll be getting any more.

Seeing as how we're (most of us, anyway) all Xbox Live supporters, I don't think you can expect to get very many positive responses in this thread.

Yes, Xbox Live is a paid service, but no, it's not really super expensive. Plus, you get what you pay for.

I've only been able to connect intermittantly since the update, seems there are quite a few.... "a problem occured when signing in. only happened since the feb 14th update. tried all the "standard fixes, resetting adapter, factory reset etc. to no avail,
it's getting worse, as not been able to connect at all today, can see internet, network, but fails at xbox live. we do pay for this remember!!
