    Having the same problem.

    Chatted with a Microsoft Support Rep and she said that it is a known problem only affecting a few users (lucky us).

    Her advice was to try and keep entering the code.

    She said she does not know of an ETA when this will be resolved.

    really not happy renewed my xbox live subscription 13th December 2016 also received error message and still no Xbox live!!!

    XBOS-3014 nothing else

    Tried everything on console, all my different PCS - deleted all paymant Options, reentered CC, tried with PayPal, ......

    Tried the prepaid CArd

    Same error for me as well on a 24 month card. My membership expires in eight days. Hope it's fixed.
