Try waiting a half hour or so. Sometimes there are outages that just pop up and come back on.

Has anyone bought this yet? I'm watching some Twitch streams and I've seen several glitches and graphical pop ups already. There are audio glitches too. Is this yet another game that's been released unfinished??

I had a similar issue. Mine was really slow at downloading up until 13%, followed on from that it then popped up saying 'Forza 5 Ready to Play" so It's really slow at start, but then kind of speeds up after half hour or so. But when it is 'ready to play'
at a low %, I am pretty sure as you play the game you are required to install additional things (as it hasn't been completely installed). That's only a possibility, and from my own experience, not a fact or anything lol. But it kind of makes sense
