You can log on to the enforcement site
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home & file for a case review but playing in modded lobbies is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

I am not implying any guilt or innocence on your part, because I don't know what you have done on your account. No one who posts in this thread will know. This is why I directed to the Account Suspension forum. The people there
are the very same people who suspended your account. Only they have your answers.

I should clarify what point I was trying to make. I was simply explaining the scope and meaning of "System Tampering" goes beyond the actual console itself. I was talking in general terms, not anything you may or may not have
done yourself.

Yes. You're right. You can not use the suspended account to post there. You will need to use this alternate account to post in the Suspension forum. Use the very same account you are using to here in this very thread to post
there. You can just copy/paste what you said in your original post, because that is all the information they will need.

use the advice above, nobody can help you this particular section of the forums as the enforcement team only look through the suspensions section.

I will also note that "System Tampering" isn't just tampering with your physical console. It could also mean tampering your Xbox Live account, or the service itself.
