Been stuck on green xbox one starter screen for 2 weeks!

About a week ago when i turned on my xbox one console it was stuck on the green start-up screen. I asked around and a few people told me that it was my console updating. But here i am a week later still unable to use my console. i have tried leaving it
on for hours to see if it was just a large update and i have also tried resetting it multiple times. Could someone tell me whats going on?

my xbox one is stuck on the green screen at the start and wont move for like 10 mins and when it does it changes to a black screen

Have you tried performing a hard reset on the console yet?

If that doesn't work, you can always try the offline update for the console

Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool. Follow the instructions there for the green screen and it should help you out!

 

Yea I had to reset it to factory defaults. Thanks for the help.
