Been Several days of "That did not work Sorry, give it another try"

Console logs in (supposedly) but everything Live dont work, can not run live games, cannot check profile or achievements...

Keeps saying that i need Xbox Live even though i have several months left on my account.

Xbox status page is simply a lie...

Missing saves

I have been playing HALO 3 for several days now and it's been working fine. Today, I setup a LIVE account. When I tried to start my game again, I was given the option to "Start" a game not "Continue" my game. Is all of my hard work over the last several
days gone?!?!? I am new to Xbox, and I'm afraid that I've screwed it up.

Try removing your profile , shutting everything down , then re adding it ....that will usually clear things up....

Yeah mate, I'm having the same issues. It won't even let me click on my certain friends to send them an invite to the party.

There are a few outages currently. Make sure you check xbox.com/status for updates

I did too, but then when i tried to refresh: "That didn't work, Sorry, give it another try."

It's works intermittently its spotty, and its not working as it should be
