    Hey there,

    We were able to determine you have received the E3 MixPot rewards on your account. Please check our

    E3 MixPot FAQ     for a list of which content to look for in your 'Ready to install' list on your Xbox One console. Keep in mind that some of the content is DLC for other games, and you will need to own those games to install the DLC.

    Keep us posted if you find the content!

    Yes but every time u go on there now it says your not a ambassador the lights up in red you have no gold which I do

    it may take a few business days for all rights etc to be fully processed, but eventually all should work without problems. If you keep running into that issue after a few days please report the issue in the Ambassador Support forums here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../2590.aspx

    Be aware that the rights to these forums also take a few days to get set up.

    If you still can't access anything after a week, please contact an official support guy like Zak TwoPunch via PM
