I can see from your public
Xbox.com profile that you have 100% of the achievements in Shoot Many Robots. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove achievements from an account once they are unlocked. Once it's been earned and unlocks, it's tied to your account.

Thanks for the link, I've been trying to go via the support link at the bottom of the rewards page on my mobile & keep getting an error message.

I have been sent hear also after speaking to xbox support.. I have a service request number or something it is [Mod Removed] if a admin or someone is here

"Removing zero achievement games from profile" is not that much of a big issue, you can go to the link above and request there for an feature to added to remove these zero Gamerscore games.

regarding achievements not unlocking there is many solutions they can do, or contact support

I have done everything above, and contactEd xbox support via telephone and went through the steps again. So I'm going to wait the 72 hours and go from there but the ufc achievements have been like this for over a month.
