Been Removed from the Xbox Live Ambassador Program

Hey,

I have an issue regarding the Xbox Ambassador program, with it stating:

You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program.

This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox
Live Gold Membership or an Enforcement action on your account. For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors
Access Forum.
The thing is, I don't remember any enforcement against my account, then I looked at the date and reasoning behind the enforcement:

Again, I don't remember this occurring, but after looking into it, I had my Xbox One account on a different Xbox One, that was my friends Xbox. In the end, is there any way to come back into the Ambassador program after an issue like this?

I was removed from Xbox Ambassador Program

I was removed from the Xbox Ambassador Program on January 8th 2017. I spoke to a support agent and said that I shouldn't have been removed from the Program because I have Xbox Live Gold and no Enforcement Actions on my account. I'd like to be back in the
program because I really enjoy helping the Xbox Community. Admins if you see this I'd appreciate you putting me back in the Program as I've been an ambassador for almost 2 years. Thanks.

You don't have the ambassador badge You were initially denied from entry into the program

You were removed from the program due to one of the following reasons:

Violating the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use or Code of Conduct

Violating the Xbox Ambassador Community Guidelines

Inactivity of greater than 60 days

No. One of the requirements is that you've never had enforcement action on your account. Since you have had one, you can no longer be an ambassador.

Ah the same Ambassador who was trying to help me with the same issue however is not helping at all and is also antagonising another xbox one user! This is not how an Ambassador should speak to others.

 

He is not antagonizing anyone. That is per the terms of service you agree to when you sign up for the Live service. Just because the answer may not be the one you want to hear, he is helping by giving the correct answer.
