    I've been playing it since release , but this morning when I tried to get on , it told me my trial had ended

    fable 3 problems

    so i have been playing fable 3 for a good while now on my xbox one, and i had a dlc free yule hat. and i had an update today, and now all of a sudden the yule hat isnt showing up under manage game and it wont let me play anymore because my save files have
    this hat in them and it is apparently required to play as the message says.... whats going on here?

    Banned for Harassment while already on a communication suspension

    Man I can tell you these people obviously don't care,I've been trying to find a way to contests my sanctions but the system won't let me and they don't have anything other than the ''System'' to communicate about the sanctions,the thing that disappoints
    me is that quite a few people are having the same issue here and nothing is done or undone and we have no way to contest it even if the system says we can,it doesn't let us contest.... even less talk to somebody about it since there is no option for it or
    support about that kind of issues,I've been with xbox since the first one came out and I never HAD any sanctions on any of my accounts before and now all of a sudden I get 3 in the same month on the SAME account,and no one is willing to help unless it's to
    tell us to go to enforcement xbox where you cannot do a thing about it.

    If anybody know how to do something about it or help me with this,then please help me.
    You've been given all the info anyone here has. The only people (quite a few...?) who have an issue are those who can't or won't follow the rules while playing on Live. About 50 million people use live and 99.99% have no issue EVER. Play nice, win AND lose
    gracefully and keep talk while playing multiplayer games with people you don't know, rated E and you'll never have an issue.

    Based on your description, you are playing Spelunky in your previous Xbox 360 Slim console in full version and currently on different Xbox 360 console you are seeing trial version of the game. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

    Since this is related to trial version of the game Spelunky. We would like to know more details about your concern:

    1. May we ask if you are having trial version with other game titles aside from Spelunky?
    2. May we know if your Xbox live were signed in when playing Spelunky?
    3. Can you see your game Spelunky in Xbox 360 game library?
    4. Do you have this game Spelunky in disk or digital license?
    5. Is your profile the one you used in Xbox 360 while playing Spelunky?
