Been invited to Preview Program several times but no message or email

I have been invited to the Preview Program multiple times but have not received an email or Xbox Live message, I also can't access the Preview forums.

I was invited before for the Halo 5 beta but forgot to join the program and I received a message then that has since expired.

Hi Stevo4568 Xbox just announced that the preview program is nearing capacity so they will be slowing down the number of invites accepted to the program. Also just because you recieve an invite doesnt gurantee you will be selected for the preview program.

I was invited to the preview program by 3 different people over the last two months and I have not received anything from xbox. No messages, no emails, nothing. I've called customer service multiple times and they have no information for me. everyone on
my friends list has no problem getting it and i'm wondering if anyone knows any reasons why i wouldn't.

At the moment there is a possible backlog of invitations to be sent. It may take a while, but you should get one eventually. However, a support staff member may give you access to the Xbox One Preview Program forums so that you can post there to possibly
get it sorted sooner.
