Preview program help

I been in the preview program for a while now, Everytime i open the app i been getting this message saying

''thanks for joining''

''you'll get a service message on your xbox one soon with more info''

Its been almost a month 1/2 and

I cant access the app because this message keeps popping up.

I also don't have access to the preview forums anymore.

Xbox Preview Program

Hello! I was invited to the Preview Program going on two weeks now and I'm still getting this message "Thanks for joining! You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info." What am I waiting on and did I miss something? Is there something
more I need to do?

I've been a preview member for a while now and with and I just recently had to reset my Xbox because of a problem with an update and now I don't have access to preview dashboard. When I click on it , it says "You'll get a service message on your Xbox one
soon with more info." It's been a few weeks and I still haven't received a message.

All I get when I open the Preview Dashboard app is the following message:

I never got any service message and 6+ months doesn't fit my definition of "soon".

-How do I sign up for the Xbox One Preview program?

The Preview program is by invitation only. If your friends are already in the program, they can invite you by using the Invite friends page in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

-How will I know if I've been selected?

You'll get a service message from us on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

-I downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and registered my console, but I haven't gotten the update. Why?

Once you've registered, it can take up to 48 hours for your console to get the current Preview update.

The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
(you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).
