    Been having this problem on Minecraft that's only affecting a few users


    I got Minecraft a few weeks ago on PS4, and since I first got the game I haven't been able to sign into my Microsoft account so I can't access the servers. After doing some investigating it seems like
    there are some other users that have been having this problem as well during the same time period, but not many. Very few in fact. So because of this, I assume its happening to all users who either bought the game very recently or have had it for a while but
    for whatever reason got sign out recently and can't sign back in. So my question is, like, does the developer of Minecraft know about this problem? Are they working on it? If not, is this something me or the other users experiencing the same problem have to
    contact them directly about? There's also nothing wrong with my Microsoft itself. I can even use it to log in to Minecraft's website. I just can't log in when I'm playing the game.

    It will not affect it at all, rest assured.

    Minecraft Java Edition was only sold on the Minecraft website, not in the Microsoft store, so probably the vast majority (if not all) users purchased it from the Minecraft website.

    If it still does not let you get the Minecraft for Windows in a few hours or a day, please let me know.

    The service alert is for Silver (Free) members having to do with MineCraft. There have been some server issues over the last few days (a week maybe?) that has been affecting access to the servers. If you aren't having an issue with MineCraft, then the service
    status shouldn't be affecting you.

    Yep resistances definitely seem to work, the one that may be a bit funny but I've only seen one person have a problem so far is the PC users are having problems with fortified items. Through that link I gave a few people have tried and tested it on xbox
    to be working so hopefully it only affects a small number of people as most of my items are fortifying something or other, and this would affect me more than the magical resistances.

    Having the same problem.

    Chatted with a Microsoft Support Rep and she said that it is a known problem only affecting a few users (lucky us).

    Her advice was to try and keep entering the code.

    She said she does not know of an ETA when this will be resolved.

    I have tried this method before. Sadly it didn’t work. Problem is, only Minecraft is affected. All other apps can be installed just fine.
