Been Hacked for the 6th time

Hello when i turn on my xbox360 before i even sigin i get an xbox360 symbol , Now my xbox360 and gamertag is all new but somehow someone has it and then i randomly get disconnected for a really long time but no one else in the house does ,

I think my xbox3660 has breached for the 6th time and i am not being funny but i have been hacked 6 times up to now while being with xboxlive and no one seems to anything about it , Oh and my router is still on just i am the only who can't connect to
xboxlive i using my internet on my laptop now but when i sign in to my xbox live account 9/10 times either straight away or awhile but it gives me a internet error one time it disconnected me from my home network , All's i am asking is for the person who's
hacked me 6 times now to be caught .

Also the last time this happened my account was unlocked but i never was sent the results of the invesgation and then the guy who hacked me invites me to a party and doesn't say a word to me , And besides the fact this person was on my account for a really
long time and when i finally was able to sign back in a couple of days later i got a message to inform me i have been console banned for reasons i never even knew existed ,

And it's not my fault if this guys good at what he does and i have just been signed out quickly and when i tried to reconnect it said couldn't connect but like straight away like it would if my router was off but my router was on and i am the only person
in my house who get's signed out for some reason .

my xbox rewards credits have been pending for almost two years

i have received credits on xbox rewards three times two of which have been pending for almost two years and the other since the 6th of december

 

I am being target by a hacker for the 6th time please this time stop this person before i have to get a new console because if i get banned because of some hacker who did i mention has done me over 6 times now , If i am banned again because of this hacker
by your people then that is that i will be through with xbox

And also doesn't it say somewhere that while using your services my personal information is your burden not mine , Meaning that my personal information has been leaked possibly 6 times the 5 other it was leaked , But yeah your contract states that
my personal information should remain my own and never be shared well if your contract is true then why have i been hacked 5 times and a 6th is unconfirmed but either way .

Yeah but everytime i ring you guys you shut my case and never tell me why , So for the final time i want to know why you have allowed me to be hacked 5 and possibly 6 times now , Really?

 

HI the guy is probable using an DDOS attack on your router report this to your ISP and they will take care of this, now ask Microsoft if there was any transactions on your account if so then have them stop your transactions and remove your credit card(s)
if you account is hacked you may have to start over because it is almost getting your ID stolen

OP isn't being DDoS-ed because every other system on the network is fine. What most likely happened was that OP gave out his log-in credentials--a violation of the ToS agreement I may add--and was simply getting signed off because the "hacker"--who did
no hacking--signed into the account.

You may call up phone support in your native country and file an "unauthorized access" claim. They will look at the physical locations of where your account was signed in at and see if they corroborate your story. Unfortunately for you--regardless of if
you were "hacked" or not--console bans are permanent and do not get reversed. If the XBLPET issued a console ban it was because your console has been--99% of the time--illegally modified which no "hacker" in the world could do remotely.

sorry but this is a very old thread. but at angel.... so does that mean that if I give my mom my credentials, that means that I'm breaking the ToU agreement?
