    how do i claim my VIP rewards for being gold for 6months I have had gold active now for over 2 years and can't claim every time I try it goes to a sign up page please help also have the same problem for the games pass VIP

    Ive had my account active for gold for 6 consecutive years. It says if I have it active for 6 months I get 200 gems. WHERE ARE MY GEMS ?

    Golden Age My VIP Gems Still Not Received

    Hi everyone - i am aware that the My VIP Gems awards for 'Golden Age' etc started on October 1st 2017 and after 6 months consecutive GOLD membership you should receive 200 Gems. However it is now April 13th, which is 6 months and
    2 weeks. Should i have received my 200 Gems by now or do i have to claim them in some way ?

    Gems just started on October 1 (November 1 for the game pass challenge), so it hasn't been 6 months yet.

    But I have been xbl gold for over 2 years now and says I have to have a active gold for more than 6 months I have had that but not received the gems

    The offer just started on October 1. So you wouldn't have been awarded for anything prior to that date. Since the offer has not yet been available for 6 months, it is too soon to earn the gems. You have to keep the 6 months during the offer period.

    Hello optimus gasp,

    Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to Reward activity done before they existed.

    Hello adrianevens,

    Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to award Gems for activity done before they existed. Furthermore, we see that you have already claimed your 3 month Gold MyChallenge, and your 3 month survey challenge is still pending in your account.
    Keep in mind that MyVIP Gems and Credits are separate currencies, and not the same. There are no offers that award Credits for Gold.
