    Been getting the cold shoulder and my warranty is about to expire


    for the last month I've been trying to use my warranty to get a replacement controller. I have the grey / blue controller and both sticks drift.

    However, every time I use Get Help or try to submit a request for a warranty it says it is not working. When I try to set up a call I they answered but I was hung up on.

    I can try tomorrow but my warranty is going to be up real soon and I feel ripped off my Microsoft. I had to get another controller because this one drifts too much and idk what to do.

    This is really good info thank you, i will use this if i have similar issues in the future.

    I am getting a warranty replacement as we speak as I finally got a hold of a person.

    Have you registered the controller? Also have you contacted them via email?

    have you registered the controller?

    go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and select Add Device then select Add Xbox Accessory. follow the instructions then select Start Online Repair and that should
    get the process started.

    Considering what is happening in the World right now, teams are likely stretched thin, and so cannot provide the regular service expected from Xbox Support. I would continue to try logging a

    Device Replacement request     again, and screencap/date that you sent the request. Hopefully as time goes on, your case will be looked into.
